Our Process - What We Do, How We Do It
We are pretty proud of our little company - we feel that we offer a level of customized, personal service that is rare these days.
Please take the time to look us over and let us know what you think. If we can help you in any way to achieve your business goals, we are ready and anxious to do so. We strive to excel, and do what the bigger development houses, and offshore "sweatshop" programmers cannot. From the beginning phase where we're working out with you what exactly you want your website to be, to the day your new website is unveiled, it is our sincere hope that in some way we will be able to make a difference, not only to you and your business, but also to your customers.
We start by conducting a thorough business analysis of your online needs - a critique of what you already have in place, (if anything) combined with an audit of what you need to gain a competitive edge, including an analysis of your competition.
Next, we'll prepare a report for you that explains our strategic recommendations in detail. We'll already have a pretty good idea at this point what your plan of action should cost, and we'll share that information with you.
At that point, it's a good idea to discuss any revisions that may be desired. Most often, at this point, our clients add services - usually, opting in favor of our platinum-level package - website design and development, content management, SEO, hosting, website management, email newsletter creation and delivery, press releases, and email server administration, and even leveraging social applications.
The Rest Is Easy...
After we have worked out what precisely you want, we get to work on your project. In most cases, we'll have your new website ready for an initial viewing in just a few of days. At this time, we'll contact you so you can see the preview version of your website, and we'll discuss any additions, or revisions. Then, we get back to it, and a few days later (depending on the number and type of changes to be made) we will unveil your website, submit press releases, and begin the SEO portion of the project.
All you have to do now, is sit back, and get ready for the visits to your new website.
We'll take care of the rest.
Again, please allow us to convey our gratitude for choosing us,
Don Demrow, BestProWeb

Our SEO/SEM PhilosophyBy Don Demrow, Information Architect
We only engage in what are known as "white hat" SEO practices. There is no justification for trying to cheat the search engines - even if such practices can yield a short-term improvement in SERP (Search Engine Result Pages) ratings, "black hat" SEO techniques will, over the long term, result in being penalized by the legitimate search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, Live Search/Bing, AOL, and Lycos. The bottom line is, it does not pay to try to gain an unfair advantage.
The best advice we give my clients and students is, BE RELEVANT. Matt Cutts, formerly of Google, has said that, as has every legitimate SEO engineer in the world. That will yield better search engine results than anything else! If you sell wizzy-widgets, then your best strategy is to compose well-written text about wizzy-widgets - written for humans, NOT for search engines - you will be found by users conducting searches for "wizzy-widgets." The reason is, if you're truly relevant to the topic "wizzy-widgets," the search engines will know that, and index your website accordingly.
